Job Descriptions
VCEO- As a the Vice CEO you are second in command and review the VA operations to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Human Resource Manager- The Human Resource department manages all incoming pilot applications and handles any problems the pilots may have when joining the airline. They review the applications and place the applicant where they will be most comfortable in their operations/flight.
Fleet Manager- The
Fleet Manager controls what aircraft are selected for our operations and makes
sure they are maintained and up to date. They handle any problems that may arise
with each aircraft. Managers must have sufficient knowledge of each aircraft in
the fleet.
Instructor- As the Instructor of the airline you will help the
pilots become more knowledgeable in areas where they are having troubles. All of
our instructors must be willing to teach in a positive attitude and have
sufficient knowledge in aircraft operations.
Hub Manager- Hub Managers are the team leaders of the airport they are representing. They make schedules, assign aircraft and communicate with all of the pilots at the airport they are stationed at. Due to the activity of this job, all Hub Managers must be online at least 5 hours a week.
Pilot- The main job of the airline and its most key component, the pilot. As a pilot you will fly all of the routes listed by the virtual airline and the hub managers. Our pilots are very professional and proficient in their skills of transporting passengers across the country as well as courteous to fellow pilots from other virtual airlines.
